Recipe for fruit bread
Ingredients:
Plain flour: 6 tablespoon
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
Sugar: 2 tablespoon
Half sliced banana
Sliced grapes
6-8 Cherries
Water and milk combined approximately 200ml
10 crushed almonds
50gm butter
Recipe:
Mix plain flour, baking powder, sugar. Then add sliced banana, grapes and cherries. Now slowly add mixed milk & water while mixing gently until smooth consistency. Add crushed almonds and mix. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly. Let it rest for 15 mins. Bake in the preheated oven at 160c for 40 mins.
