Easiest chocolate mug cake

Ingredients 

2 tablespoon plain flour

2 tablespoon sugar 

2 tablespoon cocoa powder 

1/4 tablespoon baking powder 

2 tablespoon instant hot chocolate 

4-5 tablespoon milk 

One egg 

One tablespoon olive oil/vegetable oil 

One bar of milk chocolate

• Add dry ingredients (plain flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder) together and mix well.

• Prepare instant hot chocolate in a separate mug. Put 2 tablespoon instant hot chocolate mix in four-five tablespoon of milk. Mix well and warm up in microwave for 30 seconds.

• Add prepared instant hot chocolate milk in the dry ingredients and mix well.

• Add one egg and one tablespoon olive oil and mix well to ensure ingredients well combined.

• Finally, add chunks of milk chocolate bar and stir gently.

• Microwave for 2 minutes. (Can check after 1 minute and set for another minute if needed). For my recipe it took 2 minutes to fully cook.
